Specialist appt today

We have a date of May 5th which is exactly 8 wks from today..........My blood sugars have been giving me issues.........Starting on the 24th of last month I noticed that Jace hadn't moved that much so on the 26th, I spent an hour in labor and delivery getting monitored.......He is fine they said he moved on me........Fastforward to the 27th.......I got a really high blood sugar ready (339), I talked with my dr on monday at our appt.....I had an appt for the specialist for tuesday so she didn't do anything..........I had been watching it very closely so we knew what was going on..........I went in for my specialist appt and had my u/s.....Sure enough he had flipped around, he is now head up.......Little stinker.....He is basically folded in half.....His feet are by his mouth.........Which explains why he isn't moving all to well........And she played with my insulin........She said that the long acting insulin was not lasting long enough........So she decreased it in the morning to 6 units (was 10 units only in the morning) and added 6 units at bedtime.......So basically she just added 2 units..........And it was then that we got the numbers to the dr that my dr actually wanted me to go to............I had an appt for him today.........He is happy with my blood sugars.......And once he explained why it made total sense........He said the only side effect of it is a big baby.......I grow my babies big anyways but back to why he didn't want to mess with it........He said if we get them back to normal that it will do more harm to Jace and could end up in a stillbirth..........Our blood sugars are varying greatly right now so when mine is in the 140's Jace's is around a 100......So basically we need to leave them alone.....Fine and dandy with me..........However my bp has been up but not much......its steady which is a good thing.......140/86 and its been like that for the last 2 wks.......However he decided to add another bp med in there that has a water pill in it which will help the swelling that has started........Awesome news to me........I have actually only gained 13lbs so far and I am 30 wks.......I lost 11lbs durning the first 11 wks of my pregnancy........which I have gained back plus another 13lbs.......So over all it isn't a bad weight gain given my history......hehehehe........When I checked out we set the date for my c/s........But he says that I may not make it that far.......I want to make it another 7 wks (thats 37 wks) and he will not allow me to go any farther then 38wks.........
